① Could you please power off the camera for 3–5 minutes, then plug it in and reset it?
The reset button is on the back of the camera. Press it firmly for 5 seconds to see if you can hear the tone and see the red light flash.
② Still No light even comes on?
Please try another working power cord and adapter to replace the camera's original one, and then reset the camera.
