How can I get motion notifications on my mobile device?

When a motion is detected and the device is well set up, you will receive a notification on your phone according to the notification type. If you want to receive notifications, please make sure you have done the following tips:


Phone Settings

1. Please make sure you have enabled notifications in your phone's settings.

You can open the app and click the "me" to go to settings in upper right >Permission Management> Notifications > Enable app notifications.



App Settings

1. Please make sure you have enabled motion detection in your camera's settings.

You can go to check from the feature Camera Settings> Motion Detection.


2. Please ensure you have enabled push notifications in the app.

Tap the message icon in the top right corner of the app's homepage >Enter the message center> Select setting in the upper right corner > enable device alert Notification.
