How do I physically reset my camera?
1, Please press and hold the reset button on the back of the camera for 3-5 seconds until you hear the prompt sound and the indicator light flashes, means that the reset is successfully ready to connect to the network.
2, Open the APP and click the "+" in the upper right corner, and then click the add device
3,Refer to the label on the device and select the camera model.
4, Click confirm that the indicator is blinking and Click next
5, Input the WiFi password correctly and click next.
6, Scan the QR code with the camera directly(15-20cm), you may need to move your phone up and down, left and right slightly and slowly.
7, Click Heard a Prompt after you hear the Dongdong voice, and waiting
8, the Indicator light will turn to blue/green/white, which means successfully connected.
