● Please enable location permissions on your phone to identify nearby WiFi names related to the camera. If you're hesitant to grant this permission, manually enter the WiFi name and ensure its accuracy.
● During the setup process, keep the phone and the camera within a 1-meter distance and verify the correctness of the WiFi username and password.
● Examine whether the camera's indicator light is in the network setup mode. If unclear about its meaning, click customer service support to see.
● Ensure that all necessary permissions are granted for the app.
● If, after the above checks, the camera still fails to configure or the indicator light displays an abnormal state (like continuous red/blue-green light, brief flashing before going dark, displaying purple or yellow, etc.), please contact us immediately via customer service support.
