 If you want to cancel the auto-renewal service, please operate as below step:


1. Open the APP, select your camera, click the entering the device


2. Click the “...” settings icon in the top right corner of the live video page


3. Click “Cloud Storage” under VAS


4. Click “ Storage Plan Settings”


5. Find your order under “ My Service Plans”, and click the unsubscribe
