1.Please Check if your camera lens is facing down(If your camera is LF-P1t/LF-P3t);

2. Check if your camera is facing too close to a wall/an object ;

3. Please Move your camera to another area, and wipe the camera lens. 

If it's still the same, please reset your camera to reconnect it, and contact our customer service for further help.
