My camera feed is freezing every 3-4 seconds and I have to completely close out the app and restart it over, can you help me?

1. Restart your camera;
How to restart the camera on the App: Please enter your camera to get to the real-time video interface> Tap "..." which is in the top right corner>Scroll down to find "Restart the device" and tap it> Confirm restart

2. Please restart your phone to see if will fix it up;
3. Reset the camera and reconnect it to see if it will happen again.
4. Please find the device ID of the camera and contact our customer service, we’ll check and see if we can push a new firmware for your camera to fix it;
