What should I do if the camera can only rotate vertically but not horizontally?
Please try the below troubleshooting steps.
1.Camera Calibvbration.
①.Enter the live feed page, click the '...' in the upper right corner to go to Settings.
②.Select 'Basic Functions'.
③.Select 'Camera Calibration '.
2.Reset and reconnect
Please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 5 seconds till you hear a propmt tone. And then reconnect the camera to the network.
Note:
For indoor cameras:
The reset button is on the back of the camera. Press it firmly for 5 seconds to see if you can hear the tone and see the red light flash.
If you hear the tone and the camera light flashes red, you can add it back to the application step by step as you did when you first added the camera.
For outdoor cameras:
Open the rubber cover on the camera and you will find the reset button. You can press and hold the small reset button for about 5 seconds.
After hearing the voice prompt, wait for a moment. When you see the white light flashing, you can connect the camera again.
