What should I do if the camera doesn't detect movement?

1.Please check if motion detection is turned on. 




2. Please adjust the motion detection sensitivity to high and turn off the human detection to try.


You can follow the steps below:

1. Enter the real-time video interface,

2. Click the edit icon in the upper right corner,

3. Click the Detection alarm settings,

4.Turn on Motion Detection alarm,

5. Alarm sensitivity level select high,

6, Turn off the human Detection



3. Power off your camera, then power on it and reset it to connect.
