There could be multiple cases if on the App is says device is offline,we can check the exact situation based on the status of the indicator on the camera.
1.If the red/white light flashes and the camera is making a constant sound or saying Ready to Connect all the time. Please add the camera again to the phone and then reconnect it to the network just like you did the first time.
2.If the red/white light flashes but there's no sound from the camera, please lomg press the reset button till you hear a prompt tone, and then you can add the camera again to the phone and then reconnect it to the network just like you did the first time.
3.If the red and green/blue lights flash alternately, please unplug the adapter of the router and then wait 3 to 5 minutes before plugging the it in again, after that, please press and hold the small reset button on the back of the camera for about 5 seconds to reset the camera until you hear a prompt tone to reset it and the light flashes red, please re-add it to your APP just like you set it up the first time.
4. If the indicator light is solid blue/green/ white, please power off the camera and then power it on after several minutes. Then check on the App to see if the camera is online again.
5.If the indicator light is solid red or there is no light, please try to use another power cord and plug, then press the reset button on the back of the camera to reset the camera, and check if the red light flashes and then re-connect the camera.
Note:
For indoor cameras:
The reset button is on the back of the camera. Press it firmly for 5 seconds to see if you can hear the tone and see the red light flash.
If you hear the tone and the camera light flashes red, you can add it back to the application step by step as you did when you first added the camera.
For outdoor cameras:
Open the rubber cover on the camera and you will find the reset button. You can press and hold the small reset button for about 5 seconds.
After hearing the voice prompt, wait for a moment. When you see the white light flashing, you can connect the camera again.
