What should I do if the night vision view is not clear?


Please kindly check if the camera is pointing to a glass window, a white wall or any other smooth surface.
A smooth surface may reflect the infrared lgiht and cause the camera unable to monitor in the dark.
You can try to manually rotate the camera to see if the sisuation will change when poingting to other angles, or simply move the camera to another place to see if the issue can be fixed.
