What should I do if the SD card cannot be recognized after inserted in?


First, please kindly check the storage capacity of your card,currently the cameras can only accept the micro SD cards from 4GB to 128GB.

If your card is between 4GB to 128GB, but the camera still cannot read it, please insert the card to a computer and format it there. Please choose the EX FAT or FAT 32 form when formatting.
