Please try these steps one by one:
1. Check if your mobile cellular signal is stable;
2. Power off and power on your phone to see if it works;
3. Clear the App cache to retry:
How to clear App cache: Open the Littlelf smart/Owltron App>Tap "Me" in the bottom right corner>Tap the "Hexagon icon">Tap “Clear Cache”>Cache cleared successfully.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the App.
