What should I do if there's static sound from the live videos?

Please note if there's other digital devices near the camera, there could be electronic interferences.

If there's static sound or noise on the real-time videos, please adjust  both your phone volume and the device volume to 50%.

Then move your phone a bit further from the camera, to check if the issue will get better.
