Why do I go to playback but it says please insert SD card or there is no current video? I have inserted the SD card

First, please check that you have inserted the SD card into the camera correctly. 

If so, check that local recoding is turned on and that the relevant recording mode is selected so that the camera can automatically record video that you can view in playback.

You can operate according to the following steps: 

1. Open the real-time video interface, 

2. Click the edit icon in the upper right corner, 

3. Click Recording Settings, 

4. Turn on the Local recording, 

5. Click the recording mode, 

6. Select Non-Stop or Event recording 

(Non-Stop refers to all day recording, when the memory card capacity is full, it will automatically overwrite the first day's recording，Event recording refers to recording when an object moves).
