Note:
Please kindly check if your camera supports connecting to 5G networks first, some cameras only can be connected with 2.4G WIFI, not 5G WIFI.
Tips:
1. Connect your mobile phone with 5G WiFi first.
2.. Wifi password length supports a maximum of 58 digits, if there is a prompt that special characters cannot be connected to, please ignore the prompt to connect directly, please make sure you input the password correctly. ( It’s best to stay within 20 digits, the fewer digits, the easier to identify)
3. Place the camera next to the router before configuring
Steps:
Indoor camera:
There is a small button on the back of the camera, please press it for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes red.
Outdoor camera:
Open the rubber cover on the camera and press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds.
1.When you see the red light (for indoor camera) / white light (for outdoor camera) flashing and hear the voice prompt, you can can start connecting the camera.
Open the App, click on the "+" in the top right corner, then click on "Add Device"
Click “5GHz Camera” in the left column.
2. Choose the camera model you have.
3. Click on “Confirm that the indicator is blinking” then click on“Next”.
4. Select 5GHz Wi-Fi, then enter your Wi-Fi name and password correctly and click “Next”.
5. Use the camera to scan the QR code directly on your phone (15-20cm), you may need to move your phone up and down, left and right slightly and slowly.
6. When you hear the prompting voice, tap on “I Heard a Prompt” and wait.
7. The APP will tell you that the camera has been added successfully, then your camera's light will turn solid green/blue (for indoor camera) or white (for outdoor camera)
